Why do you require a KYC process?

The aim of KYC is to prevent theft, fraud, terrorist financing and money laundering. It helps us ensure that our clients are not involved in any of the above, hence the service provider won’t get in trouble with the regulators.

All those who plan to participate in the token sale

How long does it take for the participant verification to finish?

Participant verification may take up to 24 hours, after which time you will be updated via email of your eligibility to participate in the Clinicoin Token Sale Event.

I would like to update my KYC information. What should I do?

To update your KYC information, contact us via the contact link on the website, and we'll reset your KYC status so you can start over. Please don't send us any documents via the contact form.

Is it safe for my personal data?

We take great care to ensure you data is always encrypted and kept safe.

How will I know when I have been verified through KYC?

You will receive an email confirmation and when you login to your account your dashboard light will indicate you have been verified.
